PERSONAL AND COLLECTIVE RELATIONSHIPS: LEADERSHIP, MANAGEMENT AND INNOVATION OF ORGANISATIONS
The theme proposed in the lesson 6 provides all the necessary information about personal and collective relationships that occur in the school environment. Such knowledge is very interesting and very useful to practice as teachers in the future, as it is essential to set a series of guidelines and standars that allow leadership in a clasroom with responsability for a large number of children. In order to achieve improvements and advances in all the senses of educational field, it is necessary for the teaching staff to propose and carry out new ideas that cover the needs of the students.
This schemes shows the differents types and categories of culture according to their organisation and management. Moreover, we can observe two differents relationships at school.
Leadership it is a strategic value for organisational culture and a key element in determining institutional success. We can observe there are differents styles, types and in according with the educational context.

Finally I would like to say it is important to show students an image to reflect, an example that they want to follow and imitate. To do this, you should not self-assert yourself as a leader, but as a person who is capable of directing and setting guidelines so that everything goes in a correct way, having respect.
The most difficult thing to undersand it was the word leadership at school, because I think in the future when I will become teacher, it will be difficult to carry out with the students, but with effort all is possible.
