LESSON 8. DUTIES AND RIGHTS OF THE MEMBERS OF THE EDUCATIONAL COMMUNITY. CONFLICT RESOLUTION
After analyzing the topic of prevention measures in the face of possible conflicts in a school, its importance of awareness for the training of future teachers can be confirmed. It is necessary to be aware that unforeseen events may arise between the coexistence of students with a difficult solution. However, teachers have a great responsibility to mediate and put a solution before them, always from a neutral position, listening to both parties, and with great peace of mind.
I did this scheme with the app CmapTools, I have wanted to show the rights and duties of the members of the educational community.
This video show how to resolve conflict in a determinate way: mediation. Mediation is a structured method of conflict resolution in which a third party assists people in conflict by listening to their concerns, facilitating communication and helping them negotiate.
The most difficult thing in this lesson was memorize all the rights and duties of both students and teachers.
